Triceps Tendonitis

Triceps Tendonitis is an inflammation or swelling of the triceps tendon. This is the
area above the elbow where the triceps muscle is connected to the elbow.
Causes of Triceps Tendonitis
The main cause of Triceps Tendonitis is from over use of the upper arm and elbow. The
main two cause are throwing or hammering.
Symptoms of Triceps Tendonitis
- pain when you straighten your elbow or fully bend your elbow
- pain and or tenderness just above the elbow
- swelling near the point of the elbow.
