Exercise and Tendonitis

Most Tendonitis is caused from over exertion when exercising or playing sports. It is usually recommended that this activity be discontinued until the body has had time to heal it self. But for many types of Tendonitis therapeutic exercise can help the healing process. It is best to do these types of exercises under the care of a physician or physical therapist when recovering from Tendonitis.
