Leg Paralysis
Leg paralysis is when your muscles will not move your legs. Many consider numbness and
weakness in the legs to be a sign of leg paralysis. Most leg paralysis is caused my
trauma, inflammation or disease to the lower spinal column. This causes an inability for
the nerves to tell the muscles to move. The second most common cause is Sciatica. It
occurs when there is damage to the sciatic nerve, located in the back of the leg. There
are also diseases that can effect the nerves that control the leg muscles. Listed below
are some of the diseases that can cause leg paralysis.
